Q : If I start working and pay the £250 & I dont like doing the job what happends if I want to stop?
A : You can simply just stop, but we do ask you to think about the tenants you have joined & managed to secure a home for, however we would like it if you still carry on working, if there is a problem or something you do not understand then let us know, this is such a great business to be in we want you to be happy & never leave.
Q : I have a viewing & a person has already put a deposit down subject to references, do I still do the viewing or cancel it?
A : Yes still do the viewing as it is still on the market to be sold or rented until it has been signed for and a tenancy agreement is in place, however do tell the person who wants to view as we do not want to waste a persons time.
Q : How will I get paid & how / when will I get paid?
A : You will be paid directly into your UK. Bank Account, Bonus payments are paid once a month, rental payments are paid at the end of the month & other payments such as cleaning or building are paid to you as per contract.
Q : Is there a limit on how many properties I can rent or have on my website?
A : No there is no limit at all, you can have as many as you want listed, this also relates to videos, so for example if you have a video of a property and website listing each one will cost you £10 and it is active for 12 months. We normall suggest to have at least 20 property rentals & then expand on this building slowly so you can easliy manage everything.
You get paid 5% each month from each & every property you rent, on an AST it is for at least 6 months, on a RLA it can be from one month, but usually when people move in they stay for sometimes many years, and yes you get paid each & every month they pay the rent & you have valid licence to work with us.
